Bannockburn: A Geelong Wine Legacy

$145.00

If you’ve spent any time drinking wine at Archers, chances are you’ve come across a bottle of Bannockburn.

Bannockburn has been a great supporter of the bar from the very beginning, and over the years their wines have become a huge part of what we love to pour. They would easily sit among our best selling producers, and we’ve loved building such a close relationship with the team;  sharing their wines with our customers, watching them become firm favourites and celebrating what they’ve achieved in our region.

Very few producers need much introduction around here. But there’s always more to discover.

Established in 1976, Bannockburn played an important role in putting Geelong back on the map as a premium wine region. Their focus on site, individuality and single vineyard expression has helped make them one of the defining names of Geelong wine.

On Thursday 29 October, we’re bringing that story to the table with a special evening showcasing a selection of Bannockburn’s single vineyard wines, matched with a three course dinner.

Third Generation and General Manager Angus Pollard will guide the evening, sharing the stories behind the vineyards, wines and people that have shaped Bannockburn over almost five decades.

Thursday 29th October from 7pm

$145pp includes wines + three course dinner
