At Archers, food is about sharing, simplicity and enjoying good things together. Our menu is designed to sit comfortably alongside a great glass of wine, a classic cocktail or a cold beer.
ENJOY SPECIALITY NIGHTS on select dates, including Monday Burger Night and Saturday Ayala Steak Frites, bookings are required for these evenings.
On all other days, our regular snack and pizza menu is available, and every Thursday enjoy $20 pizzas from 5pm - 9pm.

We’re officially opening our doors on Monday evenings to serve what we believe is the perfect burger. This is the result of a long held obsession with doing simple food properly. We’ve taken the view that great burgers don’t need to be fast, cheap, or complicated, just treated with care and made from exceptional ingredients. Our 150g dry-aged retired dairy cow patties are from CopperTree Farms, used by Firedoor, Rockpool, Margaret and Samesyn, and paired with a locally made ciabatta bun from Le Madre in Geelong. No smash patties, no shortcuts… just a considered take on a classic. Only available on select dates (keep an eye on socials) and tables are limited.

AYALA STEAK FRITES NIGHT
The Ayala Steak Frites Night is inspired by our travels to Bordeaux and our visit to the renowned “L’Entrecôte Bordeaux.” After waiting in line for over an hour, we were ushered into a three-story restaurant with a simple menu: a salad, steak frites with their signature entrecôte sauce, and a choice of either red or white wine.
The whole experience was unapologetically French. And is one of our favourite dining experiences to date.
$30 for steak frites and a green salad
$50 for steak frites, green salad, dessert and a glass of wine
