We’re officially opening our doors on Monday evenings to serve what we believe is the perfect burger. This is the result of a long held obsession with doing simple food properly. We’ve taken the view that great burgers don’t need to be fast, cheap, or complicated, just treated with care and made from exceptional ingredients. Our 150g dry-aged retired dairy cow patties are from CopperTree Farms, used by Firedoor, Rockpool, Margaret and Samesyn, and paired with a locally made milk buns from Le Madre in Geelong. No smash patties, no shortcuts… just a considered take on a classic.

Geelong vs The Rest of The World
Our next Wine Dinner is a celebration of the producers on our doorstep! In the 1800s, Geelong was among Australia’s most prestigious wine regions, its vineyards producing bottles that earned international acclaim and deep respect. Though history reshaped the region, that early reputation for quality and structure laid the foundation for what we’re witnessing again today.
As we mark our own first vintage at Peppercorn Ridge and look ahead with genuine excitement for Geelong’s future, we’re proud to showcase producers leading the charge: By Farr, Bannockburn Vineyards, Reed Wines and Mulline. Their wines will be tasted alongside benchmark examples from France, Germany and New Zealand, regions long regarded as global standard bearers.
