Monday Burger Night

We’re officially opening our doors on Monday evenings to serve what we believe is the perfect burger. This is the result of a long held obsession with doing simple food properly. We’ve taken the view that great burgers don’t need to be fast, cheap, or complicated, just treated with care and made from exceptional ingredients. Our 150g dry-aged retired dairy cow patties are from CopperTree Farms, used by Firedoor, Rockpool, Margaret and Samesyn, and paired with a locally made milk buns from Le Madre in Geelong. No smash patties, no shortcuts… just a considered take on a classic.
