Rob and I have had the pleasure of tasting wines alongside owner and winemaker James Thomas a couple of times now, and besides being one of the most down to earth (and funny) winemakers we have met, he is extremely talented at what he does and has a wealth of experience (ex-Bannockburn & Clyde Park) to back it up. He is also a Pom, so I'm sure you can imagine the banter that goes on between him and Rob after a few drinks!
